Get To Know JTM

Our Story

Formed in 2005, JTM founders John Hayduk, Tom Titus, and Martin O’Leary created our general contracting firm with over 100 years of combined experience in the construction industry. They founded the company upon their shared vision from the beginning: to create a company with a family-like culture that valued relationships and deep connections with everyone, and to always act with integrity.

We Are OneJTM

We are builders, focused on forming long-term client relationships, and committed to integrity in everything we do. The JTM team is passionate, energetic, innovative, and entrepreneurial. Our experience, size, and structure enable us to excel on construction projects of any size or complexity.

JTM was founded with the belief that outstanding project delivery should be the rule, not the exception. From the beginning, JTM has exceeded expectations, cultivated our hard-earned reputation for quality, and developed a proven foundation based on relationships, trust, respect, and performance. At JTM, we deliver on our commitments and our promises. Leadership is hands-on and actively engaged with all our projects, ensuring every team is set up for success while keeping our clients’ best interests at heart as we build their vision.

We take pride in relationships built on trust and reinforced by our actions.

Community & Culture

Our team proudly lives and works in the greater Seattle area. Through energy, caring, and responsibility, JTM supports many organizations and participates in efforts to perpetuate the enhancement of our local communities.

Healthy thriving communities depend on involved citizens, organizations and corporate partners for momentum. We lend our support and services to causes that promote civic pride, economic development, and revitalization. Every community has its own challenges, and we always strive to be part of proactive, problem-solving initiatives.

Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation

JDRF is the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. JDRF’s goal is to progressively remove the impact of T1D from people’s lives until we achieve a world without T1D. JDRF collaborates with a wide spectrum of partners and is the only organization with the scientific resources, policy influence, and a working plan to better treat, prevent, and eventually cure T1D.

NAIOP Community Enhancement

Just as it takes a village to raise a child, it takes the philanthropic contributions of NAIOP members to make the association’s Community Enhancement program a success. Committee members evaluate and identify an annual service project that helps an area group, park or non-profit organization in need; then coordinate volunteers, material donations and financial contributions to make it happen. The community benefits from NAIOP’s efforts, and NAIOP members grow personally and professionally through their generosity.

Northwest Carpenters Union

Bikes, Legos, Barbies, Nerf Guns, Potato Heads, baby dolls, Hot Wheels, and games GALORE!  JTM has proudly partnered with the Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters to collect toys for families in need. Thanks to our team members and trade partners for their generosity during the Holiday Season, many children throughout the Pacific Northwest receive gifts at Christmas.

Community Turkey Drive

Turkey dinner is the staple of many holiday meals across the country, but for many Seattle and Tacoma area families struggling to make ends meet, they must rely on the generosity of their community members to provide a healthy Thanksgiving meal. Thanksgiving reflects a sense of interconnectedness among people and cultures. In these trying times, we need this day more than ever.

JTM’s First Annual Turkey Drive was a success! Together with trade partners and project teams, JTM’ers provided 381 Thanksgiving meals to families in need in Seattle and Tacoma. We wouldn’t have been able to make this impact without the many volunteers who prepped and delivered these meals on Saturday. This truly shows what it means to be a part of the JTM family.

Culture of Care

JTM celebrates our dedication to boost inclusion and diversity in the construction industry. We want every employee to reach their full potential by building a supportive, inclusive company culture. We are a proud supporter of the ACG of Washington’s Culture of Care initiative and fully embrace and spotlight diversity by providing leadership development and career advancement opportunities to all who work in the construction industry.

Good corporate stewardship is about the wise use and cares for resources to benefit our community. Businesses show corporate stewardship when they use their power in the community to improve the lives of other people. JTM does this through sponsoring community events and participating in community projects.
