“I chose to intern at JTM because of the ‘whole-team’ approach culture, and it felt like the right place for me to expand my knowledge in the industry and grow as a person. As a JTM intern, I have learned that takes an entrepreneurial spirit to solve problems that arise every day, knowing that other team members will always be ready to step up and help with any issue. I would highly recommend JTM to students seeking an internship opportunity. Since day one, I’ve felt part of the JTM family.”

“I choose to be an intern at JTM because of the culture. They had an energy that made me feel like I belonged with them. One of the tasks given at JTM was to have a ‘day in the life,’ which meant that I worked with craftsmen side-by-side and did their job for the day—helping you know the industry better and the value of the work. I would recommend JTM to students because JTM is a family, and everyone helps you grow. This internship has been an overall experience that I will never forget.”
