JTM encourages its team members to grow with the company while working alongside high-energy individuals who are passionate about building. Most recently, I reached one of my goals with the company and became a Shareholder in 2021. Opportunities at JTM are organic and are truly open to those who seek and work hard for them!”

“I chose to intern at JTM because of the ‘whole-team’ approach culture, and it felt like the right place for me to expand my knowledge in the industry and grow as a person. As a JTM intern, I have learned that takes an entrepreneurial spirit to solve problems that arise every day, knowing that other team members will always be ready to step up and help with any issue. I would highly recommend JTM to students seeking an internship opportunity. Since day one, I’ve felt part of the JTM family.”
Daniel Ribas, University of Washington | Project Engineer Intern, September 2021

“I choose to be an intern at JTM because of the culture. They had an energy that made me feel like I belonged with them. One of the tasks given at JTM was to have a ‘day in the life,’ which meant that I worked with craftsmen side-by-side and did their job for the day—helping you know the industry better and the value of the work. I would recommend JTM to students because JTM is a family, and everyone helps you grow. This internship has been an overall experience that I will never forget.”
Gustavo Uriostegui, Central Washington University | Safety Intern, September 2021

“Understanding and meeting our clients’ expectations are key to the long-term relationships we have built since JTM started. We have a long list of repeat clients, and the projects we build are diverse and high-quality.”
