Corey’s extensive office building experience and working in occupied buildings have prepared him to complete any renovation project. He works closely with the team, trade partner/subcontractors, and the client to ensure the project is completed efficiently and on time. Corey’s attention to detail, planning, thoroughness, excellent communication skills, and his commitment to exceeding the clients’ expectations for every project. His additional skills include engaging trade partners in preplanning, constructability reviews, proactive communication, scheduling, safety, managing site logistics, and setting quality expectations.
With a background in business administration and 20 years of experience in construction, Corey thrives on bringing people together to bring projects to life on site. As Superintendent he is responsible for building project schedules, overseeing all trade partners, and managing permitting and inspections to meet key milestones along the way. Corey’s leadership, keen sense of safety, and passion for collaboration (while having fun) propel projects forward each day.
Born, raised, and rooted in the South Seattle area for his entire life, Corey is a true Northwesterner at heart. Outside of his daily role at JTM, you’ll likely find him spending quality time with his wife and young daughter or lending a hand with home remodeling projects for friends and family.
