Architectural features include a curtainwall window system with vision glass and white fritted spandrel glass, blue glass fin accents, and blue glass canopies on the ground floor. This mixed-use project boasts five levels of below-grade parking. There are 231 storage units distributed among all parking levels. The condominium levels are separated from the public levels with secured fencing.
