Phased Improvements to a Four-story Apartment Building in Seattle’s University District
Work at the Renaissance Apartments includes phased units and common space improvements. This design-build project, completed while the building was occupied, included updated MEP systems, new finishes, renovated resident homes, envelope remediation, structural repairs, elevator modernization, and all new finishes throughout. Several scopes of work were self-performed such as rough and finish carpentry, casework, doors and hardware, framing and drywall, and structural work. All work was fully coordinated with the highest attention paid to minimize impacts to the tenants.
