From an old parking garage in the shadow of the Alaskan Way Viaduct to a contemporary office building in the spirit of a historic warehouse. The Jack is a mix of simple and striking, quiet and impressive, timeless and modern … and that’s all by design. During a recent tour of the property, Kundig described The Jack as “a contemporary office building in the spirit of a historic warehouse.”
The Jack was designed by Olson Kundig and built by JTM Construction. It has a total rentable footprint of 145,500 square feet. That is divided between one level of ground-floor retail, six levels of Class A office space, and an expansive penthouse/rooftop level boasting majestic views of the waterfront and city.
