JTM’s internship recruiting process starts every year in the early fall when we participate in college career fairs and company presentations/info sessions. These events provide Facetime between JTM and students looking to learn more about JTM and possible internship opportunities. JTM’s Recruiting Team conducts interviews with internship candidates following these events. This process continues through the Winter.
Students interested in a JTM internship can apply for the program through Handshake or (JTM website link?). These applications are then reviewed and followed up with interested candidates.
The JTM Internship program kicks off in late Spring once students are done with their academic school year. The program has (2) separate class start dates to accommodate different school’s academic calendars. Each class will participate in an onboarding seminar with the rest of their peers on their first day. After the onboarding seminar, interns are assigned to a specific project or department with a corresponding JTM mentor to coach and guide them through their Summer JTM internship experience.
