They identify the efforts that will have the deepest impact and use their reach to take that giving to the next level.
Each year, the Puget Sound Business Journal recognizes companies that give back to their communities and inspire change as part of its Corporate Citizenship program. This year, the program will recognize nine companies that have built corporate philanthropy into their mission.
This program highlights various areas, from public health and housing to food security, education, and the arts. Kaiser Permanente and Starbucks, for example, have each led efforts to address homelessness, while Tinte Cellars has raised funds and secured volunteers and in-kind services for food, housing, health care, and other basic services.
Those companies and the rest of our 2024 corporate honorees have made impactful contributions to the region.
