Amanda began her career in architecture, spending over a year focused on construction administration for one of her projects. During that time, she discovered a passion for being onsite, problem-solving, and learning about the intricacies of building construction. A friend who worked for a general contractor suggested the idea of transitioning to what some jokingly call the “dark side.” Embracing the suggestion, Amanda secured her first role with a general contractor and never looked back. She has found immense satisfaction working in construction, where every day offers an opportunity to learn something new.
Amanda loves Seattle sports. She has many fond memories of attending hockey and baseball games with her dad growing up, and she cherishes being able to create those same experiences with her children now. Gardening is her therapy. She loves growing dahlias and other flowers for cutting and arrangements. When she’s not working in the yard, she enjoys playing golf, baking, and hopes to one day get back to playing softball again.
EDUCATION | Masters of Architecture, Washington State University
Amber has been part of the construction industry her entire life. She began her career in the union as a taper before transitioning to the laborers a few years later. She moved into a labor foreman role, where she led crews in the field and supported daily operations before parting ways with her previous company.
In her free time you will find her with her family. If they're not at home playing in the backyard with whatever they can come up with, you will find them at the river or lake throwing rocks.

Andrew is a talented Project Manager who started with JTM in 2018 and brought over 7+ years of project management experience, specializing in structural scope management (concrete & steel). He’s a quick problem-solver who enjoys RFIs, submittal reviews, and direct coordination with design teams and trade partners. He always takes a proactive approach when it comes to managing construction projects. His goal is to solve potential design or construction issues before turning them into real problems in the field. Doing so reduces cost and saves time during the construction stage.
Andrew’s favorite part of the project lifecycle is the transition from structural construction to building finishes. This is when the grey bone structure gets its unique characteristics and design elements. It’s essentially the building dressed up! His favorite project is the new Ovation Apartment Towers because it was his first high-rise project; he worked on this project for three years. It allowed him to gain in-depth knowledge in managing structural concrete and steel scopes. Additionally, he learned how we apply VDC to real-time construction for the first time in his career!
Since joining the OneJTM team, Andrew praises the cultural environment here. “We are not only building the building but developing friendships and so much more. It means a lot as JTM’s culture makes me feel like I’m a part of the company (family).”
Andrew loves golfing, snowboarding, and remodeling around his house outside of work!
FUN FACT: Andrew has earned three different majors! AS Electrical Communication, AA Business, and BS Construction Management!

Based in the Pacific Northwest, he values the region’s access to the outdoors and spends his time outside of work hunting, camping, boating, and being with family and friends.
FUN FACT: He has wake surfed across the Canadian border and back!

Anthony’s father was a hardworking construction professional who taught him the value of how to build a box accurately and how to take it apart again. You could say that he is genetically drawn to design and construction—a creative individual with a strong fine arts background and an experienced carpenter. As a VDC Coordinator, he helps clients visualize the end goal and collaborate with design teams and construction professionals using virtual design software to transform a digital structure into reality.
He enjoys getting into the details and finding solutions for constructability issues, such as creating a Revit Model for self-perform teams. The model supported checking slab edge accuracy and occasional embed placement. No surprise this construction geek’s favorite part of a project, the implementation, and execution phase, where you see all the planning coming together.
Anthony is a hands-on craftsman working on his projects outside of work. Family is also important spending time with his fiancé, parents, and siblings is essential. Aside from working hard and staying active, Anthony’s goal is to purchase his first home and apply his design and building knowledge to an old fixer-upper.
EDUCATION | BA Graphic Design, Washington State University | AAS Architectural Engineering, Lake Washington Institute of Technology
Anthony brings extensive and diverse knowledge to JTM, including years of experience as an electrical instructor. As a superintendent, he draws on that background every day, leading field operations, coordinating trade partners, and keeping projects safe, on schedule, and built right. What Anthony likes most about his role is the fresh challenge of running work for a general contractor, seeing the full scope of a project come together rather than a single trade.
His instructor background shows in how he leads. Anthony takes a teaching approach in the field, sharing knowledge, developing crews, and helping the people around him grow. He enjoys working with a new perspective, the camaraderie of the team, and the room to solve problems creatively when the jobsite demands it.
Most of all, Anthony enjoys being part of something bigger, watching each person contribute their talents and support one another. For him, there is nothing better than a team coming together to build something grand.

As the director of preconstruction and estimating, Kyle understands all aspects of commercial construction in our markets. He especially enjoys working on mechanical and electrical systems. The highlight of the project is agreeing to the guaranteed maximum price with our clients. Doing so means that we’ve done our job for the last 12-18 months of preconstruction to get the job to work within the terms set by all parties.
Since joining JTM construction in June of 2022, Kyle has appreciated JTM’s seller/doer model of business, and the proactive approach we take to building.
One of Kyle’s favorite projects in his career was the SRPMIC Justice Center. It was a highly finished tribal court building for the Salt River Pima Indian community. Travis leads the survey team, specializing in answering complex constructability questions and supporting project teams with early planning insights. While he enjoys seeing the finished product, his favorite part of the project lifecycle is the beginning, when the project vision is first defined. That early framework allows him to visualize the final outcome and later see how the team’s hard work brought it from concept to completion.
Out of every project he’s worked on, Travis’ most memorable project was the Georgetown Brewery, as it was challenging yet rewarding. The challenge they faced was the fact that it occupied an entire work cycle. From structural upgrades, a warehouse expansion of 7000 square feet, and building out a tasting room; the facility continued to brew and batch beer without interruption. However, it was rewarding to see everyone who participated or watched their process appreciate the work that was done.
Outside of work, Travis loves to spend time with family and friends. He enjoys biking, attending music venues, and snowboarding!
