Founded 2005 | Pacific Northwest | Relationship-Driven Culture

Three industry veterans—John Hayduk, Tom Titus, and Martin O'Leary—founded JTM Construction with a combined 100+ years of experience and one shared vision: build a company where relationships matter as much as results.

Over twenty years later, we're a trusted general contractor across the Pacific Northwest, known for complex construction projects and an unwavering commitment to safety. But what defines us is how we work: hands-on leadership, transparent communication, and a culture where every team member is invested in your success.

Who We Are Today

Today we build across the full breadth of the Pacific Northwest market. Healthcare and medical office. Life sciences and lab space. Historic renovations and seismic upgrades. Multifamily, mixed-use, museums, theatres, and community landmarks. Our Critical Environments division and our work with Tribal Nations are proof of the same instinct that's driven us from the start: go where the complex work is.

That range is deliberate. Every sector sharpens the others, and our clients get the benefit — a builder who's seen more, planned for more, and doesn't flinch at the hard stuff. No matter the building type, our mission holds: deliver focused, efficient construction tailored to each project, act with integrity in every decision, and build partnerships that outlast the project itself. That's been the job since 2005. It still is.
