Alexa Mattson

Alexa Mattson brings a diverse background in client relations, real estate, military service, and construction technology to her role in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC). She began her professional career in the Air Force in 2014 as an Aviation Resource Manager and continues to serve in the Reserves today. In 2018, she became a Realtor and spent eight years serving clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. Her experience working directly with clients, managing complex transactions, and utilizing CRM systems has given her a strong foundation in communication, organization, relationship management, and attention to detail.

In 2026, Alexa transitioned into the construction industry and began her career in VDC. She enjoys the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of the industry and the constant opportunity to learn, adapt, and grow. Her favorite part of the job is the need to continually pivot, solve problems, explore new technologies, and expand her skill set as the industry changes. Alexa has completed BIM 101 and BIM 102 training and certification, building a strong foundation in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and VDC practices.

Outside of work, Alexa enjoys spending time with her family and friends and making the most of the outdoors. Her favorite activities include hiking, rafting, attending country concerts, working out, and gardening.
