JTM completed waterfront upgrades in a highly active public setting near Pike Place Market, including new illuminated handrails and targeted drainage improvements. Working alongside heavy pedestrian traffic, Port operations, businesses, and conference facilities, JTM carefully phased the work to maintain access and minimize disruption. Temporary walkways, limited laydown areas, detailed coordination with Port staff, and shoreline environmental controls supported safe, clean, and efficient construction throughout the project.
