Senior Estimator

Peter is a talented estimator passionate about analyzing drawings and finding/solving potential problems from preconstruction through construction before any shovel hits the soil. He enjoys working through the preconstruction phase where most design changes are made so he can help the client or owner bring their vision to life. “I’m excited to see a completed building I helped work on and allow the client to realize their vision.”

Peter’s favorite JTM project is Avenue Bellevue due to its overall size and high profile. He enjoys telling his friends that he’s working on such a complex project in Bellevue. Everyone has heard about it!

During his free time, Peter is fond of snowboarding, mountain biking, and playing billiards! And, of course, Peter is the organizer of a weekly pool tournament!
