Craig Neal
Foreman
Craig started his construction career in 1994, joining the Laborer’s Union where he worked on the pour crew placing concrete and carpenter tended. After around five years of soaking up information from carpenters, he then joined the Carpenter’s Local 30 in 1999, and then joined the JTM family in November 2021. Throughout a project’s lifecycle, Craig enjoys the end of a job when he’s putting the finishing touches on a project. It’s at this stage where Craig and his team can truly look back at their entire project and admire the work that they’ve created.
Out of all the aspects of Craig’s job, he takes pride in representing JTM with every project. He appreciates the fact that JTM is ran from the top down, with everyone making an impact at the company. Every day at work, he can feel a sense of comradery throughout the company. Whether it’s the teamwork he witnesses on jobsites, or the swag that JTM is always giving to their employees; Craig is grateful that JTM makes everyone feel included and appreciated.
During his time off, Craig loves traveling with his wife, hunting, fishing, and woodworking at his shop!
FUN FACT: Craig’s been married since October 1993; he has two boys in their mid-20’s and became a grandpa for the first time in 2022!
