Allen West brings over 20 years of construction experience to his role, with a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships. He takes the time to understand each client’s goals and keeps communication open from preconstruction through closeout, with many of his client relationships spanning multiple projects and years.

His expertise lies in leading teams on healthcare and life-science projects, where the stakes are high and the details matter. From active hospital campuses to specialized lab environments, Allen guides complex work while keeping facilities operational and clients confident.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Allen values spending quality time with his wife and children and engaging in outdoor activities. With a keen eye for team leadership and a commitment to excellence, he is a tremendous asset to the JTM team.
