Ross is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of industry experience. His approach to project management is deeply rooted in fostering a one-team mentality amongst project stakeholders. He thrives in environments characterized by quick turnover, fast decisions, and close collaboration with owners and architects as genuine team members. Ross also finds fulfillment in mentoring others and guiding them toward success. His work is driven by a strong focus on understanding and addressing the impacts of projects on clients, ensuring that their needs and objectives remain at the forefront of all decision-making processes.

For fun, Ross and his family embark on road trips every weekend – they drive around the Puget Sound and Washington state to new locations for touring, try new foods, and go shopping. He also loves to travel around the US, mostly to big cities.
