Chief Estimator

As JTM’s Chief Estimator, Jason leads the estimating team that prices every project we pursue, from early conceptual budgets through final GMP packages. He graduated from Ohio State University and has worked in the industry since 1991, starting as an intern and spending all but six years of his career as an estimator. That depth shows in his numbers: Jason’s estimates draw on more than three decades of cost data, market knowledge, and lessons learned in the field, giving owners budgets they can make real decisions with. He’s passionate about turning designer and client ideas into built work, and he sees estimating as where that translation starts.

Outside the office, Jason and his wife share a love of antique shopping, and he enjoys hiking. His mornings always begin with a cup of coffee. After more than 30 years in the business, Jason’s commitment to his craft shows in his work and in the relationships he builds.
