Owen de la Harpe

Project Engineer

Owen got his start at JTM as a summer intern in 2022 and returned for a second internship in 2023. Now a Project Engineer, he brings curiosity and a strong desire to learn, especially from the field teams. He’s always eager to understand how things come together on-site and enjoys being part of the problem-solving process.

Owen is drawn to the collaborative and down-to-earth culture of the industry, where he shares common ground with colleagues over golf, sports, and time outdoors. What he values most about JTM is the balance between big opportunities and a close-knit culture—where even brief conversations at company events make lasting impressions.

A proud Washington State University graduate (Go Cougs!), Owen spends his free time exploring new foods, discovering local spots around Seattle, and traveling to new destinations across the country and beyond.
