With over five years of experience in the commercial construction industry, his work spans a variety of sectors including restaurant, office, and retail spaces — from tenant improvements to full ground-up builds. Ernesto excels at balancing collaboration with precision, ensuring every detail is accounted for from initial scope review to final estimate.

He leverages tools to produce accurate quantity takeoffs and performs in-depth cost analysis for both materials and self-performed labor. From conceptual budgeting to schedule outlining and risk analysis, Ernesto is a key player in bringing clarity and confidence to the preconstruction phase.
