Lily Scoggins

Shop Assistant

Before joining JTM Construction, Lily worked at a car shop, where she developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail while working around cars. That experience instilled in her the value of quality work, hands-on problem-solving, and collaboration—skills that translate seamlessly into the fast-paced world of construction.

Lily’s favorite part of any project is the teamwork and creative execution that happen once everything starts coming together. She enjoys collaborating with others to find solutions in the moment and takes pride in seeing how each person’s contribution helps bring a project to life. For Lily, there’s no better feeling than stepping back and seeing the results of shared effort and dedication.
