Ryan Scarff
Senior Project Manager
Ryan has spent most of his life in construction, from running a small excavation company in high school to working as a hod-carrier for a masonry contractor while studying Construction Management at the University of Washington. Since graduating in 2013, he’s spent over a decade in commercial construction, with recent project management experience delivering critical environments (e.g. GMP manufacturing facilities, vivarium labs, and 24/7 operational infrastructure). He also has experience on the owner-side, leading acquisition, entitlement, and construction for projects across the Puget Sound. This experience strengthened his ability to balance an owner’s perspective with a builder’s practicality. Ryan would say his draw to construction stems from its collaborative nature, where teams become greater than the sum of their parts—where strong partnerships, careful planning, and coordinated effort come to life as real, built environments.
Outside of work, you’ll find Ryan trekking in the North Cascades, ski touring in the snow, & cooking for friends & family along the way.
FUN FACT: Ryan is a PNSA ski racing coach with AIARE avalanche training.
