Facility Improvement to Better Support Staff Operations and Resident Services
JTM Construction completed a tenant improvement project within the active Mirabella Seattle senior living community, reconfiguring and upgrading the facility's administrative offices. The scope included selective demolition, interior reconfiguration, and finish upgrades to improve functionality and flow. New walls, casework, lighting, and flooring were installed to support a more efficient workspace. Work was phased to minimize disruption to Mirabella's daily operations, with JTM coordinating closely with facility leadership to sequence construction in occupied areas and keep staff operational throughout the renovation.
