The Mount Vernon Medical Office Building is a Three-Story Multi-Use Medical Building

JTM completed four separate contracts for the project, including the Medical Building Shell & Core, Skagit Valley Hospital Regional Cancer Care Center, Pacific Northwest Cardiology, and a VA outpatient clinic. The cancer care center features high-tech equipment including two linear accelerators used for radiation treatment, each enclosed in 3 to 6-foot-thick concrete shielding walls. The medical office building is surrounded by a private outdoor healing garden.
