A 13-story Residential Project in Seattle’s Belltown Neighborhood

The residential building includes 116 residential units featuring large windows with excellent views of the Seattle downtown vicinity, multiple open-air amenity spaces, a living green wall feature, a gym, theatre room, dog run, and sky lounge. The unique exterior consists of post-tensioned concrete flat-plate for the main structures with additions of pre-cast concrete and steel-framed bay windows. The project features three levels of below-grade parking, with 4,000 square feet of bike storage, multiple electric charging stations, and 112 parking stalls.

O2 Apartments (formerly Urban Green Villa) features a living green wall of plants that will grow halfway up the Battery Street facade. Above the living wall, pocket gardens and terraces with signature terrace trees line the upper levels.
