Paramount Hotel Lobby

A Renovation Updating Core Guest Spaces at the Paramount Hotel

This interior tenant improvement focused on modernizing the lobby of the Paramount Hotel in downtown Seattle. The scope included converting an existing office into a small market for guest use, featuring new acoustical ceilings, updated appliances, custom casework, and tile flooring. In the main lobby, upgrades included large-format porcelain tile flooring, improved lighting and electrical outlets, a new check-in desk, and updated wall and ceiling finishes. The porte-cochère was also renovated with sand-set pavers, tiled walls, and a new backlit sign.
