ICRA Requirements

Occupied space

Active hospital

Expansion within an active healthcare environment.

This project was completed within an active healthcare environment adjacent to occupied outpatient infusion, surgery, and injection clinic operations. Detailed phasing and logistics planning maintained patient services and safe access throughout construction, with work coordinated around clinic schedules, sensitive procedures, and peak patient traffic. Continuous coordination with hospital staff, facilities personnel, infection prevention teams, and end users supported project execution. Temporary barriers, negative air containment, noise mitigation, and infection control measures were implemented and monitored in accordance with hospital ICRA requirements and facility standards.
