Amber began her career in construction in 2019 after being admitted to the Carpenter Apprenticeship Program. She soon started her first role as an apprentice working on a scaffolding crew and later gained additional experience setting gang forms and installing stadium seating.
One of her favorite parts of the construction process is when a project begins to go vertical. After months of preparation and groundwork, seeing the structure rise is when the project truly begins to take shape.
