Bret Dubler
Foreman
Bret is a trusted foreman specializing in scheduling, site logistics, and deliveries. He takes pride in his ability to build meaningful relationships with trade partners and customers, doing anything to make them happy and complete the task at hand. Bret enjoys the entire job cycle of a project as he can see the project through from beginning to end.
Bret started his construction career in 1990, building foam insulated walls and roof panels for houses. He then switched to non-union commercial construction for two-and-a-half years. Later, he joined the carpenter’s union in 2001 before joining JTM in 2003. During his time here thus far, Bret’s favorite project was the Starbucks Roastery, as it was nothing like any other building he’d been on before. The craftsmanship on the interiors were stunning and one of a kind! He also highlights JTM’s culture and the feeling that we are ONE big family and support each other through everything.
During his free time, Bret enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, going on road trips, attending concerts, and spending time with his family!
Something you may not know about Bret is that he’s part Chinese and Hawaiian on his mom’s side! Aloha and Mahalo!
