Chris Fisher

Superintendent

Chris began his career as a Carpenter’s Apprentice and worked his way up through roles as a Project Engineer, Safety Officer, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent. That path from the tools to leading field operations gives him a rare, ground-level understanding of how work gets built, and it shows in the way he runs a jobsite and connects with crews and trade partners.

Chris has delivered high-profile projects across Seattle, where tight urban sites, demanding schedules, and complex logistics leave little room for error. His background as a Safety Officer shapes how he leads, with safety planning built into every phase of the work rather than treated as an afterthought.

Chris values close collaboration with owners, architects, and project teams, helping turn project vision into reality while building relationships that last well beyond closeout. For him, the best projects are the ones where everyone at the table feels like part of the same team.

FUN FACT: Chris has been playing ultimate frisbee with his team for over 10 years.
