Daniel Villanueva

Foremen

Daniel brings 15 years of experience spanning heavy civil infrastructure, bridges, high-rise concrete, architectural concrete, and high-end commercial interiors. His construction career started in a high school vocational program in Tumwater, Washington, which earned him direct entry into the Carpenters Union. Since then, he’s advanced from apprentice carpenter to General Foreman on some of the Pacific Northwest’s most complex projects.

Since joining JTM in 2021, Daniel has led crews on everything from architectural concrete to luxury residential spaces, hotel interiors, bars, and kitchens. Fluent in English and Spanish, he’s known for building strong relationships across field crews, trade partners, and clients — and he believes people do their best work when they feel valued and supported.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, backpacking, and pickup soccer with his son and friends. Fun fact: his 9-year-old son Zeb has set foot on every project Daniel has been part of.
