Frankie began his career as a carpenter, mastering the hands-on skills and jobsite awareness that laid the foundation for his transition to a safety professional at JTM. Having spent years working with the tools himself, he understands the realities of the field firsthand, how work actually gets done, where risks hide, and what it takes to keep crews safe without slowing them down.

Today, Frankie leverages that field experience to implement proactive safety measures across his projects. Rather than waiting for issues to surface, he works ahead of the schedule, planning for high-risk activities, coaching crews, and building safety into the daily rhythm of the jobsite. His background as a tradesman earns him credibility with the field, and he uses it to foster a culture where everyone looks out for one another.
