Jeff Rojas

Superintendent

Jeff began his career in construction in 2000 with Baugh Construction, where he discovered what continues to inspire him today: taking an idea and bringing it to life. He enjoys the challenges that come with building and the creativity required to find solutions, transform concepts into reality, and create something meaningful.

After nearly a decade with JTM, Jeff is especially proud of the company’s evolving culture and the people who make it what it is. He describes the JTM team as hardworking, dedicated, smart, and fun—qualities that make the company a place he is proud to be part of every day.

While working full-time and supporting a growing family, Jeff earned his associate degree from Green River College at age 25, demonstrating the commitment and determination that have shaped both his career and life.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys live music, spending time with his family, and adding personality to his space—whether that means covering his garage walls with stickers and posters or installing LED lights. He proudly embraces his inner “48-year-old dork” and believes there’s always room for a little creativity and fun.
