Jessica spent the first seven years of her career as an auditor at PwC, where she built a strong foundation in financial rigor, process, and attention to detail. She brings that same discipline to JTM, with a passion for standardizing and automating processes to make the company as effective as it can be. For Jessica, every improvement is about the same goal: making JTM better.

Having grown up in King County and watched the region transform over the years, she finds it rewarding to now play a direct role in that growth, supporting the projects that are shaping the communities she has known her whole life.

Outside of work, Jessica loves spending time with family and friends, whether that means Husky tailgates in the fall, hitting the slopes in the winter, getting outside when the weather is good, or trying new bars and restaurants year-round. She and her husband are looking forward to welcoming their first kiddo in September and seeing how life changes for the better.
