Justin Paris
Vice President of Field Operations
Right out of college, Justin entered the construction industry as a laborer working for a concrete subcontractor. He then transitioned into the carpenter’s union and developed the skills and mindset needed to be a great superintendent. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial construction and is one of the most respected and hardworking superintendents in Puget Sound. Justin’s continued successes stem from his progressive desire and drive to incorporate creativity, new techniques, and technologies into how JTM builds buildings while solidifying our trade partner relationships. His strengths include his commitment to preplanning, pull-planning, lean construction, engaging trade partners in preplanning, constructability reviews, proactive communication, scheduling, safety, managing site logistics, and setting quality expectations.
Justin’s hobbies include golfing, attending his kids’ sports games (he has three boys who play it all!), and being a Seattle sports fanatic! (Seahawks, Huskies, Mariners, Sounders)
