Kindra Davidson

Director of Human Resources

Kindra joined JTM in 2024 and is dedicated to leadership development and employee support while fostering a positive workplace culture. She is a Certified Society of Human Resources Professional and actively contributes to the South Puget Sound chapter as a member of its Board of Directors. In addition to her professional commitments, Kindra is an enthusiastic gardener. She often shares her homegrown flowers and produce with fellow JTM employees, promoting community within the organization.
