A Two-Tower Residential and Retail Destination Built in the Heart of First Hill
Ovation Apartment Towers at Spring Street serves as a community hub for concert-goers, public market shoppers, and residents alike. The project totals 798,123-square-feet across two 32-story residential towers with 565 residential units, along with 8,400-square-feet of retail, office, and restaurant space, and eight levels of underground parking for 387 vehicles. Both towers were built simultaneously, requiring a high level of planning and coordination. In May 2021, construction was topped out with the ceremonious placing of the final steel beam.

Being a Good Neighbor
JTM provided a weekly community outreach update to all outlying businesses and residents during the Ovation Towers Project. This update would include high level schedule updates communicating current construction logistics, any noise / vehicular impacts, activity durations, and construction team contact information if there were any community inquiries outside of what was being communicated via our community outreach updates.
