Stadium Place is a transformational mixed-use project that includes two city blocks adjacent to historic Pioneer Square. And nearly four acres of previously undeveloped land used for event parking for two adjacent professional sports venues in Seattle’s South Downtown. The Stadium Place project includes a garage podium with four floors of parking, with 390 stalls along with a 10-story mid-rise (The NOLO), and a 25-story high-rise (The WAVE), with both apartment towers totaling over 500 residential living units. The project footprint encompasses an entire city block and is located in the former north parking lot for Lumen Field.

The Stadium West Tower, Known as The NOLO, is an 11-story Concrete Structure That Includes 133 Apartment Units

The exterior of the building is clad in two styles of masonry veneer and includes a window wall system. The NOLO was constructed in a style to mimic the theme of the Pioneer Square neighborhood. The residential units have an industrial theme that includes exposed concrete ceilings, wood floors, stainless steel appliances, exposed cable trays and ductwork, and sliding barn doors. The 11th story includes an open and covered amenity space consisting of outdoor fireplaces, grills, landscaping, shared kitchen, and meeting space.

The Stadium Place South Tower, Known as The WAVE, is a 26-story Concrete Structure That Includes 330 Apartment Units

The WAVE’s exterior of the building is clad with an asymmetrical curtail system that creates many out-of-plane elevations for the building that are tied into a common “zipper” louver. The residential interiors boast high-end finishes that include stainless steel appliances, wood flooring, air conditioning, and over nine-foot ceilings. The 5th floor and the 26th-floor rooftop both have residential amenity spaces that consist of a theater, yoga room, gym, wine bar, kitchen, and sports bar.
