JTM Construction's Georgetown Office

JTM Construction recently completed the relocation and expansion of its main office in Georgetown, totaling 12,172 square feet with a blend of private and open workspaces. A new 2,600-square-foot addition provides second-floor offices and open work areas, with the second floor offering unobstructed views of the first-floor work area, offices, and common areas below. NLT (Nail-Laminated Timber) was installed throughout, with floors built from eight bunks of 2"x4" 20-foot Grade A lumber.
