Comcast Tenant Improvement

High-Tech Tenant Improvement in Puyallup's South Hill Business and Technology Center

JTM Construction completed a 45,000-square-foot tenant improvement project for Comcast at the South Hill Business and Technology Center in Puyallup. This renovation transformed multiple spaces within the facility to meet Comcast's functional and aesthetic requirements.

The project included extensive updates to the building's lobby, open office areas, and conference and training rooms, with a break room and exercise room added to support the broader team. Working within a compressed timeline, JTM met project deadlines through careful planning and close coordination with Comcast's subcontractors, the building owner's electricians, and JTM's trade partners.

Unexpected Events and Mitigation Strategies

One month into construction, the COVID-19 pandemic began. Despite these challenges, JTM met the project's completion date without impact to the client.
