Functional and Aesthetically Pleasing Environment

JTM Construction completed a 49,397-square-foot tenant improvement project for Eddie Bauer, renovating suites 100, 300, and 400 to create a functional and visually engaging workspace for 300 employees.

The renovation includes a welcoming lobby and reception area, an open office with 65 relocated workstations, private offices, phone booths for individual focus, and conference and huddle rooms for team collaboration. To support Eddie Bauer's specific operational needs, the project also features a wholesale workroom, material room, dress-out room, photo studio, and a mock display area for product staging and development.
