This tenant improvement was a significant undertaking to suite numbers 100, 300, and 400, encompassing approximately 49,397 square feet, and required renovation by JTM Construction while the tenant employees were partially occupying the area. This second-generation space was transformed to accommodate around 300 individuals. The project includes various key elements, such as a dress out room, photo studio, mock display, store display, lobby/reception area, open office space with 65 relocated workstations, private offices, phone booths, conference and huddle rooms, wholesale workroom, and a material room. This comprehensive build-out aims to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment for the client’s needs.
