This R&D lab conversion added a clean room for specialized testing, including new doors, framing, ACT grid, paint, and specialty window film. The project finished two weeks ahead of schedule, allowing a dry lab extension to open while keeping the original lab operational for COVID test kit production. Close coordination with the chief building engineer ensured smooth scheduling on an aggressive timeline.
