JTM Construction provided preconstruction and construction services for both the building owner and tenant, with a strong focus on developing a robust information technology infrastructure. The project includes 100 private offices, a library, a large-scale production and plotter space, an electrical lab, server facilities, and dedicated training areas. A specialized server room was incorporated to ensure reliable, secure IT operations, and dedicated IT shop space was integrated throughout to support ongoing technical needs and maintenance.
