JTM Construction delivered a renovation of the 40th-floor amenity space, adding value and functionality to the building. A former theater room was converted into a podcast studio with advanced audio capabilities and a professional setting for content creation. A conference room was transformed into a wellness area featuring yoga and Peloton bike facilities. New flooring was installed in the event and lounge areas, and existing millwork was refaced with wood veneer, with new light fixtures added throughout.
