UW football Player Lounge

A refreshed environment that enhances team camaraderie and player well-being.

JTM Construction collaborated with the University of Washington Athletics Department to renovate the UW Football Player Lounge. The scope included selective demolition, infrastructure upgrades, and a full interior fit-out with modern, high-end finishes.

The updated lounge features custom millwork, new flooring, upgraded lighting, AV system enhancements, custom gaming, and comfortable furnishings to support team meetings, relaxation, and informal interaction. Construction was carefully phased to coordinate with the university’s athletic calendar, minimizing disruptions to daily team operations. JTM worked closely with UW facilities and athletics staff to maintain a safe, clean, and secure work zone throughout the project.
