Mirabella Re-Store Refresh
A Tenant Re-Sale Build-Out Featuring Comprehensive Interior Upgrades
JTM transformed an existing shelled space on Level 1 into a tenant re-sale area branded as Re-Store. The project included installation of a new raised slab on a metal deck, followed by a full build-out of interior finishes. Concrete delivery required close coordination with the City of Seattle to temporarily close Denny Avenue, keeping material flow on schedule and minimizing disruption to surrounding operations.
