Tenant Improvement for a Temporary Addiction Treatment Facility

This project involved a non-structural interior tenant improvement to transform an existing space into a fully operational temporary addiction treatment facility with an anticipated two-year lifespan. The work began with selective demolition to remove outdated interior elements and prepare the space for reconfiguration. Improvements included accessible restroom upgrades to meet current ADA standards, along with new interior partitions, doors, casework, and finishes to support a functional treatment environment.
