Historically, Mirabella Seattle managed unit turn renovations in-house. In November 2023, the General Manager approached JTM to take over the work, citing challenges with project controls around scope, budget, and schedule. Since then, JTM has completed 25 unit turnovers and continues to build a strong partnership with Mirabella. Scopes range from quick cosmetic refreshes to customized, client-driven renovations, each delivered with a consistent focus on quality, communication, and timeliness.
