Pali Hotel Seattle Building Exterior

The 3,400-square-foot, 50-seat ground floor remodel features a full-service kitchen, restaurant, and bar. The high ceiling, black-and-white checkerboard floors, and custom oak woodwork are defining features of the first-floor build-out, which also includes new coffee, liquor, and dining bar areas. Exterior storefront modifications on Pine Street added curbside coffee service for hotel guests and the public. The building, first constructed in 1898, is both a city landmark and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
