JTM Construction delivered Firn, the Populus Hotel's rooftop dining destination, offering guests panoramic views of Seattle alongside a full dining and bar experience. The project featured an open-air terrace, enclosed dining area, and bar, finished with premium materials including custom millwork, stone bar tops, decorative tile, and feature lighting. Scope included operable glass walls for all-season use, weather-resistant finishes, and upgraded MEP systems to support high-volume food and beverage service in an exposed rooftop environment. Construction required careful logistics planning for material hoisting, work sequencing, and coordination with the hotel's final build-out. Firn now serves as a marquee amenity at Populus.
