Rosebay At Hotel 1000

JTM Construction partnered with the luxury Hotel 1000 in downtown Seattle to deliver Rosebay, an elegant new dining destination within the existing hotel.

The project transformed the hotel’s ground-floor restaurant space into a refined, modern venue featuring high-end finishes, custom millwork, and sophisticated lighting to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Work included selective demolition, structural and MEP upgrades, new flooring and wall treatments, and installation of bespoke bar and dining elements. All construction took place within the fully operational hotel, requiring precise scheduling, phased work zones, and close coordination with hotel operations to minimize impacts on guests and staff.

The completed space reflects Hotel 1000’s commitment to providing an elevated culinary experience while enhancing the property’s overall luxury brand.
